Question: What are the rooftop measurements (total and cell rim)?

I would like to know the complete rooftop measurements + the internal roof measure within the cell

I'm not sure exactly, but you can see in the advanced specs here that the width of the car is "61 and the height "60 (This would only help in making a rough estimate). You might find an answer in the Smart Car enthusiast forum:
