Question: How to replace my damaged fog lamps?

The lenses fog lamps on my Prius are both cracked. The passenger side one remains intact and still illuminates, but the driver side one is broken, with pieces of the glass missing and it does not light up.

I'd like to replace the lenses and make them light up again.

I assume this issue is pretty common, as I cannot be the only person who's encountered stones hitting the front of my vehicle.
